Litchfield-by-the-Sea (LBTS) is a private beach side community located just north of Pawleys Island and south of Myrtle Beach, north of historic Georgetown.

The white sand beach stretches for eight miles making a paradise for swimmers, sun worshipers, walkers, and runners. Several salt water lakes provide for excellent fishing and crabbing.

We have it all; whether it is golfing at one of our many nearby golf courses, tours at Brookgreen Gardens, Hobcaw Barony, or Huntington State Park, you will never have to search far for fun. Excellent dining is not far away in Pawleys Island, Georgetown, or Murrells Inlet.
Myrtle Beach, one of the top tourist destinations in the US, is only a twenty minute drive. You can find a wide variety of attractions to keep everyone happy including great deals shopping at two large Tanger Outlets, a multitude of putt putt golf courses, restaurants, and family activities.
